医务社会工作赋能医患关系治理的实践探索与机制创新
Practical Exploration and Mechanism Innovation of Medical Social Work in Empowering Doctor-Patient Relation-ship Governance

Abstract
As a professional third-party force,medical social work demonstrates unique value in empowering medical-pa-tient relationship governance.Based on practical explorations,the action pathways and mechanism innovations of medical social work in empowering medical-patient relationships were systematically explored.The study indicated that medical social work pri-marily presented four roles in intervening in doctor-patient relationships,which were information communicator,psychological adjuster,resource coordinator,and conflict mediator.Through action pathways such as establishing communication platforms,building psychological support networks,integrating social resources,and empowering patients,medical social work bridges the information gap and emotional divide between doctors and patients,driving the transformation of healthcare services toward a holis-tic approach that encompasses physical,mental,social,and spiritual well-being.However,medical social work currently faces challenges such as unclear role definition,insufficient social recognition,and lagging professional capabilities.It is suggested that medical social work urgently needs to innovate its mechanisms,establish a dynamic management system covering the entire lifecy-cle from early warning to mediation and repair,improve a three-party rights protection system involving patients,medical institu-tions,and social workers,build a two-way communication and interest coordination governance platform between doctors and pa-tients,and create a multi-party collaborative dispute resolution mechanism and a long-term risk prevention and control system.In the future,medical social work is expected to become an important hub linking the healthcare service system with other social support systems through policy advocacy,mechanism innovation,and community integration,thereby driving the evolution of the healthcare ecosystem toward a more human-centred and sustainable direction.关键词
