益脉合剂联合心脏康复治疗冠心病临床观察
Clinical Observation of Yimai Mixture Combined with Cardiac Rehabilitation in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yimai Mixture combined with cardiac reha-bilitation in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A total of 100 CHD patients were admitted selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received standard cardiac rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was additionally given oral Yimai Mixture on this basis.The intervention effect was evaluated from multiple dimensions by comparing TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris score,health-related physical fitness(including body composi-tion,aerobic capacity,muscle strength,endurance,balance function and flexibility)and safety indicators between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(94.00％)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the 6-minute walking distance of the observation group was lon-ger than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the angina pectoris score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the physical fitness indicators(30-second chair stand test,30-second flexion and extension test,sit-and-reach test,back scratch test,timed up-and-go test)of the observation group were im-proved compared with those of the control group(P＜0.05).During the treatment,no abnormal laboratory indica-tors were found in both groups,and no patient suspended treatment due to physical discomfort.Conclusion:Yimai Mixture combined with cardiac rehabilitation has a better efficacy in the treatment of CHD.关键词
