泻肺通腑方药对老年重症肺炎(痰热壅肺证)患者高分解代谢状态及炎症因子的影响
Effects of Xiefei Tongfu Decoction on Hypercatabolic State and Inflammatory Mediators in Elderly Patients with Severe Pneumonia(Syndrome of Phlegm-Heat Obstructing Lung)

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Xiefei Tongfu Decoction on hypercatabolic state and inflammatory mediators in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received guideline-based treatment,and the observation group was additionally given Xiefei Tongfu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The catabolic indicators,inflammatory mediators and im-mune function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly decreased urea,urea/creatinine ratio and lactic acid.For inflammatory media-tors,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 levels of the two groups were decreased(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P＜0.05).For immune function indicators,there were no significant differenc-es in after treatment,CD8+was decreased in both groups(P＜0.05),and was lower in the observation group(P＜0.05);the lymphocyte count,total T lymphocyte count,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ratio were increased in both groups(P＜0.05),and were higher in the observation group(P＜0.05).For core clinical outcomes,the CPIS score and mean ICU stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference in total hospital stay between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Xiefei Tongfu Decoc-tion has definite efficacy in elderly patients with severe pneumonia(syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung).It can inhibit hypercatabolic state,reduce inflammatory mediators and improve immune function to a certain extent.关键词
