春泽汤加减治疗良性前列腺增生继发急性尿潴留的临床观察
Clinical Study on Modified Chunze Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Urinary Retention Secondary to Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Modified Chunze Decoction in treating acute urinary retention secondary to benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)with syndrome of damp obstruction due to spleen defi-ciency.Methods:A total of 120 patients were randomly assigned to either the control group(treatment with tam-sulosin hydrochloride tablets+placebo simulating the Modified Chunze Decoction)on the observation group(treat-ment with tamsulosin hydrochloride tablets+Modified Chunze Decoction),with 60 patients in each group.After 2 weeks of treatment,outcomes including clinical efficacy,urodynamic parameters,prostate-specific antigen(PSA),heat shock proteins(HSP27,HSP70),serum inflammatory factors,TCM syndrome scores,International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),and quality of life(QOL)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The to-tal effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,post-void residual urine volume(PVR)and intravesical pressure decreased in both groups,with significantly great-er reductions in the observation group(P＜0.05);maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax)increased in both groups,with a significantly greater increase in the observation group(P＜0.05).The duration of catheterization was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).PSA,HSP27,and HSP70 levels decreased in both groups,with significantly lower levels of HSP27 and HSP70 in the observation group(P＜0.05).Serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and CRP decreased in both groups,with greater reductions observed in the observation group(P＜0.05).TCM syndrome scores for syndrome of damp obstruction due to spleen deficiency,IPSS,and QoL scores all de-creased in both groups,with significantly greater improvements in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Modified Chunze Decoction combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in treating acute urinary retention secondary to BPH with syndrome of damp obstruction due to spleen deficiency.It effectively improves urodynamic parameters,reduces heat shock protein levels,alleviates inflammatory response,re-lieves TCM symptoms,lowers IPSS,and enhances patients' quality of life.关键词
