《伤寒论》三承气汤方证探析
Analysis on the Syndromes of Three Chengqi Decoctions in Treatise on Shanghan Lun
摘要
Abstract
This paper explores the syndrome characteristics of the three Chengqi Decoctions.Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction has the strongest purgative effect,and is indicated for excess heat in the early stage without injury to body fluids,while it is contraindicated in cases of healthy qi deficiency and body fluid depletion.It can also be ex-tended to interrupt and reverse the invasion of interior by heat-transformed pathogenic factors at the early stage of exogenous febrile diseases.Dachengqi Decoction takes the second place in purgative power,and is suitable for syn-dromes of pathogenic heat accumulation accompanied by yin impairment;it is not appropriate for constipation with-out hard stools.It can be further applied to abdominal diseases characterized by heat,excess and stasis.Xiao-chengqi Decoction has the weakest purgative effect,and is indicated for stagnation of the yangming stomach and in-testines with mild heat and slight injury to body fluids,and is contraindicated in interior deficiency with loose stools.Its composition takes both exogenous and internal disease into account,and can be expanded and applied to miscellaneous internal diseases.关键词
