课程思政视域下"师承-Mini-CEX"模式在中医专业《急救医学》教学中的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of the"Mentorship-Mini-CEX"Model in Teaching Emergency Medicine for Traditional Chinese Medicine Majors from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

Abstract
Objective:To explore an effective integrated teaching model for Emergency Medicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)majors,aiming to solve the problems of students' dilemma in value identity and the sepa-ration between ideological and political education and professional skill training.Methods:This study constructed and practiced the ideological and political teaching model of"Mentorship-Mini-CEX".Based on the mature mas-ter-apprenticeship education system of Qinghai University,this model formed a teaching closed loop of"value im-plantation-behavior observation-feedback internalization".Through the ideological and political reconstruction of Mini-CEX,observable behavioral indicators such as"professional quality""humanistic care""communication effi-ciency"and"plateau emergency accomplishment"were set up,and the characteristics of plateau medicine were in-tegrated into the whole teaching process.A mixed research method was adopted to evaluate the teaching effect from multiple dimensions through evaluation comparison,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.Results:Practice showed that this model could effectively promote the collaborative improvement of students' clinical abili-ty and ideological and political literacy.The scores of all dimensions of Mini-CEX were significantly increased(P<0.001),which significantly enhanced students'curriculum identity and awareness of integrated traditional Chi-nese and western medicine(the recognition rate reached 92.5%),and realized the effective internalization and ex-ternal manifestation of professional values.Conclusion:The"Mentorship-Mini-CEX"model provides a demon-strable and scalable new pathway for deeply integrating ideological and political education into professional cours-es,effectively fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.关键词
