长江流域退捕渔民生计困境、策略选择与提升对策研究
Livelihood challenges,strategic choices,and improvement measures for fishermen under the Yangtze River Fishing Ban:evidence from Jiangsu,Jiangxi,and Chongqing

Abstract
Since 2020,a ten-year fishing ban has been enforced on the Yangtze River,with the Central No.1 Document highlighting the resettlement and support of affected fishermen.This paper takes 233 households of displaced fishermen from Chongqing,Jiangxi,and Jiangsu as the study subjects.Using the Sustainable Livelihood Framework,it deeply analyzes the livelihood challenges and the current policy support.Furthermore,five main livelihood strategies are identified:land-based,collective economy-based,skill-based,entrepreneurship-based,and public service-based.To analyze this further,Logistic regression model is used to empirically analyze the factors influencing fishermen's willingness of livelihood transformation and subsequent needs.Based on the findings,it provides policy recommendations to enhance fishermen's livelihoods resilience and offers broader insights into natural resource governance and livelihood security.关键词
