基底细胞癌患者组织中c-Myc和PD-L1的表达及其意义
Expression and Significance of c-Myc and PD-L1 in Patients with Basal Cell Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective In order to investigate the expression and significance of cellular-myelocytomatosis viral oncogene(c-Myc)and programmed cell death-ligand 1(PD-L1)in patients with basal cell carcinoma(BCC).Methods The tumor tissues and paracarcinoma tissues(the paracancerous tissues were the tissues more than 2 cm away from the cancerous tissues)of 146 patients with BCC who underwent surgical treatment in Taizhou people's hospital affiliated to Nanjing medical university from January 2011 to January 2020 were retrospective enrolled.Immunohistochemical method was applied to detect the expressions of c-Myc and PD-L1 in tissues.The pathological characteristics of patients,and their relationship with the expressions of c-Myc and PD-L1 were further recorded and analyzed.Kaplan-Meier method was applied to further analyze the relationship between the recurrence and metastasis of BCC patients and the expression levels of c-Myc and PD-L1.Results The positive expression rates of c-Myc and PD-L1 in BCC were 66.44%and 67.81%,respectively,which were higher than those in paracancer tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of c-Myc and PD-L1 were positively correlated in BCC(P<0.05).The expression levels of c-Myc and PD-L1 were related to the site of onset,and lesion diameter,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 3-year recurrence and metastasis rate of patients with positive c-Myc expression in BCC tissue was lower than that of patients with negative c-Myc expression(60.82%vs.85.71%).The 3-year recurrence and metastasis rate of patients with positive PD-L1 expression in BCC tissue was lower than that of patients with negative PD-L1 expression(57.58%vs.93.62%,the difference was statistically significant,both P<0.05).Conclusion C-Myc and PD-L1 are positive in BCC,they are expected to become an effective indicator for relapse evaluation of BCC patients,provide theoretical basis and reference value for the treatment of BCC.关键词
