参斛润目方治疗伴有角膜知觉减退干眼的疗效分析
Efficacy Analysis of Shenhu Runmu Formula in the Treatment of Dry Eye Compli-cated by Corneal Hypoesthesia

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenhu Runmu Formula in patients with liver-kidney Yin deficiency dry eye complicated with corneal hypoesthesia.METHODS A total of 90 patients(90 eyes)diagnosed with liver-kidney Yin deficiency dry eye complicated with corneal hypoesthesia at the Ophthalmology Clinic of Nanjing Hospital of Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to September 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 45 cases(45 eyes)in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the study group was additionally given oral Shenhu Runmu Formula on the basis of the control group,both for 28 days.Dry eye-related indicators[Schirmer Ⅰ test(S Ⅰ T),fluorescence stain(FL)score,non-invasive tear film break-up time(NIBUT),tear meniscus height(TMH),red eye analysis(conjunctival grade score and ciliary grade score),corneal perceptual sensitivity,ocular surface disease index(OSDI)score]were measured and compared between the two groups before treatment and at 14 and 28 days after treatment.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were also compared between the two groups.RESULTS(1)Dry eye-related indicators:There were statistically significant differences in the time effect,group effect and interaction effect of S Ⅰ T,NIBUT and TMH,the time effect and interaction effect of FL scores,OSDI scores,and ciliary grade scores,and the time effect of conjunctival grade scores before and after treatment in both groups(all P<0.05).At 14 and 28 days after treatment,SⅠT were significantly higher,NIBUT and TMH were significantly longer,and FL scores,OSDI scores,conjunctival grade scores and ciliary grade scores were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups(all P<0.05).Between the two groups after treatment,SⅠT in the study group were significantly higher,NIBUT and TMH were significantly longer,and FL scores and OSDI scores were significantly lower than those in the control group at 14 and 28 days after treatment(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in conjunctival grade scores and ciliary grade scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(2)Corneal sensation:There were statistically significant differences in the time effect and interaction effect of corneal sensitivity before and after treatment in both groups(all P<0.05).The corneal sensitivity at 14 and 28 days after treatment in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(all P<0.05).In the intergroup comparison after treatment,the corneal sensitivity at 14 and 28 days after treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).(3)Clinical efficacy:At 28 days after treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 95.56％,which was significantly higher than 71.11％of the control group(χ²=9.680,P=0.002).(4)Adverse reactions:No adverse reactions occurred in either group during treatment.CONCLUSIONS Shenhu Runmu Formula can effectively improve the efficacy of liver-kidney Yin deficiency dry eye,relieve ocular discomfort,improve ocular surface function,control ocular surface inflammation,restore corneal sensitivity,and is safe without additional adverse reactions.关键词
