热敏灸联合耳穴埋豆对气阴两虚型干眼的临床疗效观察
Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Au-ricular Point Seed-embedding in the Treatment of Dry Eye with Qi-Yin Deficiency Syn-drome

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Based on the theory of"The key to moxibustion lies in the arrival of Qi for efficacy",to observe the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with auricular point bean embedding in the treatment of dry eye of Qi-Yin deficiency type.METHODS A total of 60 patients(120 eyes)with dry eye of Qi-Yin deficiency type who were treated in Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2024 to April 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into a treatment group(TG)and a control group(CG),with 30 cases(60 eyes)in each group.The control group was treated with 0.3％sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with vaccaria seed auricular point embedding therapy;on the basis of the treatment of the control group,the treatment group received additional heat-sensitive moxibustion.The tear break-up time(BUT),Schirmer Ⅰ test(S Ⅰ T),corneal fluorescein staining(FL),Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were measured and compared before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was also compared.RESULTS(1)BUT:The BUT of both groups was prolonged after treatment compared with that before treatment,with statistically significant differences(tTG=10.570,tCG=5.645,both P=0.000).After treatment,the BUT of the treatment group was longer than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=4.742,P=0.000).(2)S Ⅰ T:The SⅠT of both groups was increased after treatment compared with that before treatment,with statistically significant differences(tTG=12.084,P=0.000;tCG=3.376,P=0.001).After treatment,the S Ⅰ T of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=9.777,P=0.000).(3)FL:The number of FL positive cases in both groups was reduced after treatment compared with that before treatment,with statistically significant differences(χ²TG=23.764,P=0.000;χ²CG=9.624,P=0.002).After treatment,the number of FL positive cases in the treatment group were less those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(χ²=8.571,P=0.003).(4)TCM syndrome scores:The TCM syndrome scores of both groups were decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(tTG=26.923,tCG=13.869,all P=0.000).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=11.358,P=0.000).(5)WHOQOL-BREF scores:The WHOQOL-BREF scores of both groups were increased after treatment compared with those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(tTG=8.811,tCG=4.880,both P=0.000).After treatment,the WHOQOL-BREF scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=3.906,P=0.000).(6)Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.33％)was higher than that of the control group(70.00％),with a statistically significant difference(χ²=5.455,P=0.020).CONCLUSIONS Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with auricular point bean embedding based on the theory of"The key to moxibustion lies in the arrival of Qi for efficacy"has a significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of dry eye of Qi-Yin deficiency type,which can effectively improve the ocular surface function of patients,relieve TCM syndromes and enhance the quality of life of patients.关键词
