人参及其活性成分干预骨质疏松症药理作用研究进展
Research Progress in the Pharmacological Mechanisms of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Its Active Components in Intervening Osteoporosis

Abstract
Osteoporosis is a systemic skeletal disorder characterized by reduced bone mass and microarchitectural deterioration of bone tissue,posing a significant health challenge in the increasingly aging society.Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,a traditional herb for replenishing qi,has the effects of tonifying primordial qi,restoring pulse and securing collapse,reinforcing the spleen and lung,generating fluid and nourishing blood,as well as calming the mind and boosting intelligence,with the potential to intervene osteoporosis.Ginsenosides and ginseng polysaccharides are the most abundant and extensively studied active components in Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma.This article reviewed the pharmacological effects of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and its active components on osteoporosis and revealed that Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and its active components regulate bone metabolism by promoting osteoblast proliferation and differentiation,inhibiting osteoclast formation and activity,modulating intestine-bone axis,and exerting antioxidant stress effects,thereby contributing to the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.At present,preclinical studies have revealed the molecular mechanism of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and its active components regulating bone metabolism,but high-quality clinical evidence is still lacking,which needs to be further verified by large sample randomized controlled clinical trials,so as to provide references for the comprehensive development and utilization of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma.关键词
