产教融合如何深度育人?
How to Realize In-Depth Education Through Industry-Education Integration?

Abstract
Against the backdrop of industrial transformation and upgrading,frontline enterprises urgently need a large number of high-end technical and skilled talents capable of solving complex engineering problems.To address the challenges in talent cultivation,this paper takes the Wenzhou Municipal Industry-Education Consortium for New Energy and High-End Manufacturing as the research object and analyzes the construction mechanism of its"Dual-Element and Three-Stage"talent training model.Through a triple linkage mechanism of institutional bundling,situational continuity,and evaluation consistency,the consortium has shifted industry-education integrated education from"factor superposition"to"systematic reconstruction",enabling the spillover effects of mixed-ownership school-enterprise cooperation to be realized.As a result,enterprises invest more,mentors engage deeply,students become proficient quickly,and graduates stay in their posts.The consortium systematically reconstructs the pathway for student success through the three dimensions of"institution-situation-competency,"systematizing micro-level institutions,integrating learning situations,vertically connecting the learning process,and maximizing the effectiveness of talent cultivation.关键词
