Abstract
Detailed planning serves as the fundamental basis for urban construction implementation,while urban renewal acts as an engine driving urban prosperity and development.As China's urbanization transitions from a phase of rapid expansion to a period of stabilization,urban renewal has gained significant importance.Based on the detailed planning practice in the central town area of Zhangpu Town,this paper explores a new approach for the collaborative formulation of urban renewal and detailed planning under an integrated model.It aims to provide references for addressing the complex demands of stock enhancement in urban areas and improving the scientific rigor and operability of detailed planning at the implementation level.关键词
