Progress in ovarian cancer treatment:a 2025 annual review
摘要
Abstract
As the gynecological malignancy with the highest mortality rate,ovarian cancer poses a significant threat to women's health.In recent years,the emergence of novel therapeutic agents-most notably poly ADP ribose polymerase inhibitors and antibody-drug conjugates has triggered a paradigm shift in the management of this disease,leading to improved prognosis.Nevertheless,critical clinical challenges remain,including the optimization of frontline treatment strategies and the management of low response rates in platinum-resistant patients.This article systematically reviews and interprets the major research milestones in epithelial ovarian cancer from 2025,providing a comprehensive reference for clinical practice and future investigative efforts.关键词
