脑膜中动脉栓塞联合钻孔引流术及药物治疗复发性慢性硬脑膜下血肿一例并文献复习
Middle meningeal artery embolization combined with burr hole drainage and drug therapy for recurrent chronic subdural hematoma:a case report and literature review
摘要
Abstract
Chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH)is a common neurosurgical disease.Burr hole drainage is the traditional treatment method for treating CSDH,but the postoperative recurrence rate is relatively high.This article reported a patient with CSDH recurrence after burr hole drainage combined with oral statin therapy.The patient then underwent middle meningeal artery embolization combined with burr hole drainage and adjuvant oral statin therapy,but experienced a second recurrence after treatment.The hematoma was completely absorbed after adjunctive low-dose corticosteroid therapy.Combined with relevant literature,this article discussed the application value,therapeutic mechanism,and precautions of the combined treatment regimen for recurrent CSDH,aiming to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of recurrent CSDH.关键词
