摘要
Abstract
Intravascular imaging techniques,such as intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)and optical coherence tomography(OCT),can provide high-resolution intravascular images,enabling precise assessment of vessel wall structure,plaque characteristics,and device placement outcomes.This article reviewed the advancements and technical challenges in the application of IVUS and OCT in interventional diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases such as carotid artery stenosis,intracranial artery stenosis,and intracranial aneurysms.Future developments were also discussed,aiming to provide clinicians with a reference for the rational selection of imaging techniques.关键词
