牙周炎与脑小血管病的相关性研究进展
Research progress on the correlation between periodontitis and cerebral small vessel disease
摘要
Abstract
At present,the pathogenesis of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)remains unclear,and there is a lack of effective prevention and treatment strategies.Chronic inflammation plays a significant role in the occurrence and development of CSVD.Among them,periodontitis,as a common chronic infec-tious disease,has gained increasing attention for its role in the onset of CSVD.Studies have shown that the direct action of periodontitis-related pathogenic bacteria and the vascular endothelial dysfunction and blood-brain barrier damage caused by the low-grade chronic inflammatory response induced by periodontitis are closely related to CSVD.This article reviewed the correlation of periodontitis in the pathogenesis of CSVD,with the aim of providing new insights for early individualized intervention measures for CSVD.关键词
