Role and significance of tumor pericyte metabolism in tumor progression
摘要
Abstract
In the tumor microenvironment,pericytes play a role in supporting and stabilizing tumor blood vessels through glu-cose metabolism,lipid metabolism,and amino acid metabo-lism.The signaling pathways related to pericyte metabolism can regulate tumor growth and metastasis.Therefore,targeting peri-cyte metabolism provides a therapeutic scheme for tumor treat-ment,and combining with other therapies can enhance the anti-tumor effect.This article reviews the metabolic pathways and re-lated mechanisms of tumor pericytes,expounds the role of peri-cyte metabolism in tumor progression,and discusses the thera-peutic strategies targeting pericyte metabolism.关键词
