摘要

Abstract

In order to select Solanum tuberosum varieties that are suitable for the ecological conditions of Guizhou region,possess excellent quality characteristics and meet different processing require-ments,100 Solanum tuberosum varieties were used as materials.9 quality traits and ten quantitative traits of these varieties were investigated.The results of the experiment were comprehensively evalua-ted using principal component analysis and cluster analysis methods.The study showed that the quan-titative traits of the 100 Solanum tuberosum varieties had significant differences,with the coefficient of variation ranging from 15.00%to 71.42%.Correlation analysis revealed that some traits of the 100 Solanum tuberosum varieties were significantly or extremely significantly correlated.Through princi-pal component analysis,4 principal components were extracted,with a cumulative contribution rate of 69.455%.By calculating the factor scores of the 4 principal components and the comprehensive scores of the quantitative traits,the 100 Solanum tuberosum test materials were classified into 4 major groups.Among them,the first group consisted of 27 materials,with the best overall performance.The second group consisted of 34 materials,with relatively good overall performance.The third group consisted of 12 materials,with average performance in all quantitative traits and the fourth group con-sisted of 27 materials,with the poorest overall performance.Through principal component analysis and comprehensive score F values,10 relatively excellent Solanum tuberosum varieties were selected.
