浮针联合穴位贴敷治疗缺血性脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床研究
Clinical Study on Fu's Subcutaneous Needling Combined with Acupoint Application in Treatment of Post-Ischemic Stroke Dysphagia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Fu's subcutaneous needling combined with acupoint application in treatment of dysphagia after ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 121 patients with dysphagia following ischemic stroke were randomly assigned to the control group(n=60)and the combined group(n=61).The control group received routine therapy;on which basis,the combined group received Fu's subcutaneous needling combined with acupoint application.After 4 consecutive weeks of treatment,clinical efficacy,standardized swallowing assessment(SSA),functional oral intake scale(FIOS),videofluoroscopic swallowing study(VFSS),water swallow test(WST),maximum hyoid bone displacement(HmaxD),pharyngeal transit time(PTT),upper esophageal sphincter(UES)opening rate,albumin(Alb),hemoglobin(Hb),stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)were evaluated in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was90.16%(55/61)in the combined group,which was significantly higher than73.33%(44/60)in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with baseline,SSA scores,WST scores,and PTT decreased in both groups after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,with significantly lower values in the combined group than in the control group at the same time points(P<0.05).In contrast,FOIS scores,VFSS scores,HmaxD,UES complete opening rate,Alb,Hb,and SS-QOL scores increased in both groups after the treatment,which were significantly higher in the combined group than in the control group at corresponding time points(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined therapy of Fu's subcutaneous needling and acupoint application shows outstanding effectiveness in improving post-ischemic stroke dysphagia.It can effectively alleviate swallowing dysfunction,enhance feeding ability and nutritional status,and improve patients'quality of life,making it suitable for clinical application and wider promotion.关键词
