针刺足三重穴联合扬刺法治疗良性甲状腺结节的临床研究
Clinical Study on Needling Zusanchong Points Combined with Centro-Square Needling in Treatment of Benign Thyroid Nodules

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of needling Zusanchong points combined with centro-square needling in treatment of benign thyroid nodules.Methods:A total of 136 patients with benign thyroid nodules were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was treated with centro-square needling combined with conventional acupuncture;on which basis,the study group was also treated with needling Zusanchong points.After treatment,therapeutic efficacy,TCM symptom scores,ultrasound indicators of thyroid nodules,adverse reactions,and overall clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The TCM symptom scores,nodule volume,and maximum nodule diameter were all significantly reduced in both groups compared with baseline(P<0.05),with greater reductions observed in the study group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Needling Zusanchong points combined with centro-square needling demonstrated significant therapeutic effects in patients with benign thyroid nodules.This combined therapy can safely improve clinical symptoms and reduce the volume of thyroid nodules.关键词
