运动针刺联合常规针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究
Clinical Study on Motion Acupuncture Combined with Conventional Acupuncture in Treatment of CSR

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of motion acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:A total of 120 patients with CSR were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with motion acupuncture.Both groups were treated once daily for five consecutive days,followed by a two-day rest period,for a total treatment duration of two weeks.Overall clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores for neck and upper limb pain,Neck Disability Index(NDI)scores,Cervical Spine Clinical Scale(CASCS)scores,cervical range of motion(ROM),and cervical physiological curvature were evaluated in both groups.Outcome analysis was conducted on the 108 patients who completed the study.Results:The overall clinical efficacy of the observation group was 94.55%(52/55),which was superior to 81.13%(43/53)of the control group(P<0.05).After two weeks of treatment,both groups showed increased CASCS scores,cervical ROM,and cervical physiological curvature compared with baseline,while VAS scores and NDI scores decreased significantly in both groups;the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after the treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);both groups maintained lower NDI scores compared with baseline(P<0.05);CASCS scores,cervical ROM,and cervical physiological curvature remained significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Motion acupuncture demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in treatment of CSR.关键词
