Research Progress on Biocontrol Bacillus spp.for Plant Disease Management
摘要
Abstract
Plant diseases pose a serious threat to global agricultural productivity and crop quality.Long-term reliance on chemical pesticides for disease control has triggered various challenges,including increased pathogen resistance,pesticide residues,and environmental pollution.Consequently,environmentally friendly biological control strategies have attracted increasing attention.Bacillus spp.are important plant-beneficial microorganisms and show great potential in the biological control of plant diseases.In recent years,advances in molecular biology and multi-omics technologies have significantly promoted the exploration of Bacillus resources and the elucidation of their multifaceted biocontrol mechanisms,as well as the development and industrial application of Bacillus-based agents.This review systematically summarizes recent advances in biocontrol Bacillus,including resource exploration,mechanisms of action,and application development,and discusses future research priorities and application prospects.关键词
