基于集群培养理念的高职产业学院高技能人才培育路向探析
An Exploration of the Cultivation Paths for High-skilled Talents in Higher Vocational Industry Colleges Based on the Concept of Cluster Cultivation

Abstract
Against the backdrop of accelerated industrial transformation and upgrading,the composite quality structure of high-skilled talent dictates that their cultivation must break the reliance on traditional paths.Instead,it must rely on a clustered organizational model,seize the critical growth period,and promote the collaborative co-cultivation of multiple factors.Based on the clustered organizational characteristics and operational mechanisms of higher vocational industry colleges,it is possible to precisely align with this cultivation need.As an open and collaborative educational cluster,higher vocational industry colleges facilitate the"natural growth"of high-skilled talent within a real industrial environment;as a cluster carrier for diversified value co-creation,they enable high-skilled talent to"stand out"through systematic design.However,in the process of empowering the cultivation of high-skilled talent,higher vocational industry colleges currently still face practical obstacles in areas such as top-level design,cultivation models,evaluation mechanisms,and resource guarantees.Therefore,it is necessary to design and implement special cultivation projects oriented towards clusters;research and build a clustered and differentiated cluster-based education model;build and establish a cluster mentor team featuring deep school-enterprise integration and diversified collaboration;implement and advance flexible and personalized cluster evaluation and incentive mechanisms;and construct and continuously improve the long-term guarantee system for the cluster cultivation of high-skilled talent in higher vocational industry colleges.关键词
