Motivation and Strategies for Implementing Industry 4.0 Advanced Apprenticeship Pilot in Australia

Abstract
In order to keep in line with the theme of Industry 4.0,match the skills needs of smart manufacturing and explore the social cooperation mechanism of quality apprenticeship,Australia has implemented the Industry 4.0 Advanced Apprenticeship Pilot.Skills formation theory examines the interaction between the education system and the labor market,involving skills investment,skills supply,skills utilization,skills evaluation and social cooperation.Australia's strategies for implementing the Advanced Apprenticeship Pilot includes establishing a diversified skills investment system to optimize the operational system of apprenticeship training,improving the skills supply system to bridge the skills shortage in key manufacturing,updating skills utilization mechanism to promote positive interactions between apprentices and the world of work,perfecting skills evaluation system to guarantee the sustainable development of apprentices,creating a consultative partnership to to build a shared destiny for apprenticeship.The practice of advanced apprenticeship of Australia is of great value for current reform of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics in China.关键词
