恩替卡韦联合芪术颗粒治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化患者的疗效及对肝纤维化、血清炎性因子的影响
Efficacy of Entecavir combined with Qizhu granules on patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and its impacts on liver fibrosis and serum inflammatory factors

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to investigate the efficacy of Entecavir combined with Qizhu granules in treating patients with hepatitis B-related cirrhosis,and analyze its impacts on liver function and serum inflammatory factors.Methods:From April 2021 to June 2023,148 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to our hospital were stochastically grouped:the Entecavir combined with Qizhu granules group(study group,74 cases)and the Entecavir monotherapy group(control group,74 cases).Two groups were compared in terms of efficacy,TCM syndrome score,liver function indicators,liver fibrosis indicators,inflammatory factor levels,and imaging results.Results:Compared with the total effective rate of the control group(78.38％,58/74),the study group(93.24％,69/74)was more effective(P＜0.05).Both groups showed a decrease in Chinese medicine syndrome scores(primary and secondary symptoms)after treatment,with the study group showing even lower scores(P＜0.05).The alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,and total bilirubin in both groups decreased after treatment,while albumin increased,and the changes in the study group were more prominent(P＜0.05).The hyaluronidase,laminin,type Ⅲ procollagen,and type Ⅳ collagen all decreased in both groupsafter treatment,with lower indexes in study group(P＜0.05).The tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and interleukin-8 were all reduced in both groups after treatment,with lower indexes in study group(P＜0.05).Both groups showed a decrease in portal vein diameter,splenic vein diameter,liver stiffness measurement and spleen thickness after treatment,with the study group showing a more prominent decrease(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Entecavir and Qizhu granules can effectively improve efficacy,liver function,and reduce serum inflammatory factor levels in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.关键词
