基于计划行为理论的农户玉米秸秆资源化利用意愿研究
A Study on Farmers' Willingnessto Utilize Maize Straw as a Resource Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior:

Abstract
Promotingthe resource utilization of maize straw is a crucial pathway for achieving green agricultural development and improving ecological conservation.Based on the theory of planned behavior,this study employs survey data from 198 farm households in Yibin City,Sichuan Province,and constructs a structural equation model to investigate the factors influencing farmers'willingness to utilize corn straw as a resource and the intensity of their respective effects.The findings reveal that:(1)farmers demonstrate a high level of willingness to participate in;(2)farmers'attitudes and perceived behavioral control exert significant positive effects on their willingness;(3)subjective norms also show a positive effect,but it is not statistically significant,indicating that social norms have a limited constraining effect on individual behavior under the current rural demographic structure;and(4)among the observed variables,local economic support conditions have the strongest effect on perceived behavioral control,suggesting that economic incentives and market mechanisms are key factors in enhancing farmers'participation.Accordingly,this study proposes measures to increase farmers'willingness and promote the resource utilization of maize straw:strengthening demonstration and guidance to facilitate behavioral change,precisely addressing farmers'needs to overcome practical barriers,optimizing policy orientation toward incentives and services,and improving market mechanisms to boost expected returns.关键词
