城归青年主体性适应的反思与进路
Reflections and Approaches on the Subjective Adaptation of the Urban-returned Youth:

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the ongoing advancement of the rural revitalization,urban-returned youth have become important actors in stimulating endogenous development momentum in rural areas by leveraging their market-oriented skills,modern concepts,and innovative thinking accumulated in cities.However,affected by the remnants of the urban-rural dual structure,insufficient adaptation of the rural system,and poor conversion of individual capital,their subjective adaptation faces multiple obstacles,which not only restrict their ability to take root in rural areas,but also weaken their enabling effect on rural revitalization.Based on the"structure-process-function"analytical framework,this study systematically deconstructs the dilemmas associated with the subjective adaptation of the urban-returned youth.Centered on systemic coordination and agent activation,it proposes targeted pathways,including optimizing supportive rural structures,standardizing the adaptation process,promoting functional coupling based on the AGIL(Adaptation,Goal Attainment,Integration,and Latency)framework,and deepening the subjective adaptation.Ultimately,these efforts aim to achieve coordination between the subjective adaptation of the urban-returned youth and rural development,thereby providing sustained momentum for comprehensive rural revitalization and common prosperity.关键词
