Abstract
In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the C.morifolium industry,through comparing and analyzing the field agronomic traits,yield,photosynthetic indicators,chlorophyll content and quality of the first and second generation virus-free plantlets and common plantlets,it provided a theoretical basis for the scientific application of healthy virus-free plantlets.The results showed that the agro-nomic traits,yield,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),and relative chlorophyll content of different generations of virus-free plantlets were higher than common plantlets.The content of chlorogenic acid(C16 H18 O9),luteolin(C21 H20 O11),and 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid(C25 H24 O12)in the first and second generation virus-free plantlets were congruent with the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China 2015 regulations.关键词
