外源水杨酸对酸碱胁迫下杏鲍菇生理生化指标的影响
Effects of Exogenous Salicylic Acid on Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Pleurotus eryngii Under Acid and Alkali Stress

Abstract
To explore the effect of exogenous salicylic acid on the acid-alkali tolerance of Pleurotus eryngii.In this experiment,Pleurotus er-yngii were used as materials,treated with different concentrations of salicylic acid under acid-alkali stress.The growth index,soluble protein and soluble sugars were measured to investigate the effects of exogenous salicylic acid on the physiological and biochemical indicators of Pleu-rotus eryngii.The results showed that Pleurotus eryngii grew best under acid stress,with higher soluble sugar content and soluble protein con-tent when the concentration of exogenous salicylic acid was 50 mg/L.And the Pleurotus eryngii grew best under alkali stress,with higher solu-ble sugar content and soluble protein content when the concentration of exogenous salicylic acid was 20 mg/L.Exogenous salicylic acid at an appropriate concentration can enhance the stress resistance of Pleurotus eryngii under acid and alkali stress to a certain extent.关键词
