Study on the Spatio-temporal Coupling Relationship Between Sustainable Land Use and Ecosystem Services Value:A Case of the Ur-ban Agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River

Abstract
[Objective]To systematically evaluate the current status of land sustainable use and ecosystem service value to overcome the limi-tations of fragmented resource management.[Method]An evaluation system for sustainable land use was constructed from economic,social,and ecological dimensions,and the comprehensive evaluation index was calculated through the entropy weight-TOPSIS method combined with obsta-cle factor analysis.Meanwhile,the ecosystem service value was measured using the value equivalent factor method per unit area,and a coupling coordination model was constructed to analyze the spatio-temporal synergistic characteristics and evolution patterns of the two.[Result]The level of sustainable land use in the urban agglomeration of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River was initially sustainable from 2010 to 2013,unsustainable from 2014 to 2016,and gradually rebounded after 2017,with the overall level improving.The total ecosystem service value exhibi-ted a pattern of"first increasing,then decreasing,and finally stabilizing".The coupling coordination degree between land sustainable use and e-cosystem service value gradually improved from extreme disorder in 2010 to primary coordination in 2023.[Conclusion]The coupling coordina-tion between land use and ecological services in the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is transitioning from disor-der to primary coordination.However,underlying contradictions for synergistic improvement remain.In the future,efforts must shift from"reac-tive restoration"to"proactive symbiosis".关键词
