Application of the Yunqi Sitian Formulas based on the endowment of Kezhu Jialin(guest and host qi interactions)

Abstract
The theory of Wuyun Liuqi(Five Circuits and Six Qi)is an ancient doctrine that investigates the periodic patterns of celestial qi transformation and their influence on terrestrial climate,phenology,and human life.The concept of Tianren Xiangying(correspondence between heaven and human)serves as the theoretical foundation linking Wuyun Liuqi with innate constitutional endowment,as Wuyun Liuqi affects fetal development and governs growth during the gestational period,thereby shaping an individual's congenital constitution.The moment of birth thus holds unique significance for life trajectory.While grasping the annual climatic baseline is essential,understanding the Kezhu Jialin(guest and host qi interactions)across the six seasonal steps proves particularly crucial for comprehending a patient's constitutional predisposition,disease occurrence and treatment strategies at specific temporal junctures.Analysis of Wuyun Liuqi pathogenesis involves a comprehensive integration of multiple factors—including the patient's disease characteristics,time of onset,and birth-time Wuyun Liuqi endowment—with particular emphasis on the"phased dominant influence of the six-step guest qi"and the"reinforcement effect of biased endowment when guest qi and host qi share identical nature".This paper further integrates clinical case studies to illustrate the application of Wuyun Liuqi-based Sitian Formula(Celestial Commander Formulas)grounded in the principle of Kezhu Jialin and birth-time Wuyun Liuqi endowment.关键词
