"六经相关时"理论指导下的乌梅丸验案探析
Exploration of clinical cases using Wumei Pill under the guidance of the"Six Meridians Correlated Times"

Abstract
Professor Gu Zhishan proposed the concept of"Six Meridian Correlated Times."This theory is grounded in the Opening,Closing,and Pivoting(Kai-He-Shu)theory presented in Huangdi Neijing,and integrates the temporal positioning of"Six Meridians Resolution Times"from Shanghan Lun.On this basis,he established a pattern differentiation framework encompassing three dimensions:time,space,and constitution.Guided by the theory of Six Meridian Correlated Times,particular attention is given to the temporal node associated with the jueyin Meridian.Within this context,Wumei Pill(Mume Pill)is a representative prescription for regulating jueyin and harmonizing its qi transformation.Its specific application can be understood from several aspects:the daily temporal rhythm,emphasizing treatment based on the optimal recovery times;the annual cyclical rhythm,referring to the dominance of annual qi,Sitian and Zaiquan;the temporal dynamics of disease development,reflected in the sequential transmission of disorders under the Opening,Closing,and Pivoting mechanism;and the temporal formation of constitution,associated with prenatal influences of Five Circuit and Six Qi as well as innate endowment.Furthermore,the clinical application of Wumei Pill guided by the Six Meridian Correlated Times theory is illustrated with representative clinical cases.关键词
