通脉宁方治疗动脉硬化性闭塞症脉络血瘀证的临床观察
Clinical observation of Tongmaining Formula in managing arteriosclerosis obliterans with the vessel collateral blood stasis pattern

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Tongmaining Formula in treating patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans presenting with vessel collateral blood stasis pattern.Methods A randomized controlled design was used.104 ASO patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 52 cases in each group.The treatment group received oral TMNF formula,while the control group received oral Beraprost Sodium tablets.The treatment course was 4 weeks for both groups.Clinical efficacy,lower limb symptom and sign scale scores,foot skin temperature difference,claudication distance and relief time,lipid levels,routine blood tests,and liver and kidney function were observed,and adverse events were recorded.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of lower limb symptoms,foot skin temperature,claudication distance,and relief time in the treatment group were all significantly improved compared to those before treatment(P<0.05).In the control group,the lower limb symptom scores and foot skin temperature were improved compared to those before treatment(P<0.05).The degree of improvement in lower limb symptom scores and claudication distance after treatment was significantly greater in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,no significant abnormal changes were observed in lipid levels,routine blood tests,or liver and kidney function in either group,and there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).No drug-related adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion Tongmaining Formula is safe and effective in treating arteriosclerosis obliterans with the vessel collateral blood stasis pattern.关键词
