众包模式下的智能终端多源地磁数据融合处理技术研究
Technology Research on Multi-source Geomagnetic Data Fusion Processing of Intelligent Terminal in Crowd Sourcing Mode

Abstract
To address the problems of single means of traditional data acquisition,high cost and inability of data processing to meet the needs of multi-source geomagnetic data fusion in the construction of geomagnetic reference map,this paper constructs a multi-source geomagnetic data fusion processing method combining filtering and neu-ral network based on the crowd sourcing mode and the acquisition of geomagnetic data by intelligent terminal.The method employs a 4th-order low-pass filter to remove high-frequency noise from the geomagnetic data collected by smart devices and integrates an LSTM neural network to construct a regression neural network model for multi-source geomagnetic data fusion,leveraging the filtered smart device data and reference geomagnetic data to en-hance the accuracy of the smart device geomagnetic data.Furthermore,the VMD algorithm is utilized,to further improve the fusion accuracy,and finally,the SSA optimization algorithm is applied to automatically optimize the parameters of the neural network.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed VMD-SSA-LSTM neural net-work algorithm achieves multi-source fusion of geomagnetic data collected by smart devices under the crowd sour-cing model,with an accuracy of 263.7 nT(RMS)on the validation set,showing significant improvement compared to the accuracy of single-device geomagnetic data acquisition.关键词
