Enhancing governance capabilities in the cultural field through artificial intelligence:Logical approach,limiting factors,and promotion path
摘要
Abstract
In the digital era,artificial intelligence has shifted from providing shallow tool-based empowerment to enabling deep systemic restructuring,and has widely penetrated the entire chain of cultural production,communication,services,and regulation,offering important technical support for enhancing governance capacity in the cultural sector.The application of artificial intelligence can vigorously promote technological innovation in cultural sector governance,better align with the value goals of modernizing cultural governance,and realize a profound transformation of cultural governance from a traditional management paradigm to an intelligent governance paradigm.In practice,the organic integration of artificial intelligence and governance capacity in the cultural sector is constrained by several factors,such as insufficient supply of AI technologies dedicated to the cultural sector,imperfect laws and regulations governing the application of artificial intelligence in culture,a shortage of interdisciplinary professionals proficient in both artificial intelligence and cultural governance,and issues of the bias value of artificial intelligence.To address these challenges,we should construct a dedicated system of intelligent technologies and data support,improve the institutional and regulatory framework,improve the training system for digital talents,and build a full-chain prevention and control system for ideological risks posed by artificial intelligence.关键词
