人工智能时代法学研究的范式重构与转型应对
Paradigm reconstruction and response of legal research in the era of artificial intelligence:On the adaptation of legal education
摘要
Abstract
The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence(AI)is fundamentally reshaping the knowledge structure and methodological foundations of legal research.Exploring fundamental transformations in research paradigms,this study aims at systematically examining the profound and multifaceted impacts of AI on legal scholarship,constructing innovative frameworks to tackle emerging technological challenges,and examining adaptive pathways for reshaping legal education.The study argues that AI law,as an emerging interdisciplinary field,has developed a relatively independent methodological and theoretical system,differing significantly from traditional doctrinal legal studies in terms of research ideas,the role of data,value orientation,methodologies,and analytical perspectives.The paradigm of law research is transitioning from empirical analysis to data-driven approaches,from value rationality to instrumental rationality,and from single dimensional inquiry to multidimensional integration.Against this backdrop,legal education must reconstruct its intellectual orientation toward intelligence,reform knowledge and curriculum systems,innovate pedagogical models,transform faculty structures,and establish diversified intelligent evaluation mechanisms.These efforts aim to cultivate interdisciplinary legal professionals equipped with technological literacy,normative judgment,and a global perspective,thereby effectively responding to the opportunities and challenges brought by AI.关键词
