Abstract
Promoting high-quality and full employment is a new position and mission for employment work in the new era and new journey.New quality productive forces,an advanced form of productivity that conforms to the new development concept,is based on the analytical framework of Marxist social reproduction theory.It provides sustained impetus for achieving high-quality and full employment from four aspects:technological disruptive innovation,reshaping the allocation of production factors,facilitating the circulation of factor resources,and promoting the upgrading of consumption quality.At present,empowering high-quality and full employment with new quality productive forces faces risks and challenges such as the asymmetric employment creation and destruction effects,imbalanced development of the labor market,deepening structural employment contradictions,and a lack of protection for workers'rights and interests.It is urgent to adhere to the employment-first orientation of employment and enhance the driving force of employment for the development of new quality productive forces,guide technology towards goodness and promote inclusiveness and inclusiveness in the labor market,improve the education and training system that adapts to the new technological revolution,and solve structural employment contradictions,improve the sound system for safeguarding the rights and interests of workers,and promote the healthy development of new forms of employment.关键词
