Measurement,disparity characteristics and convergence analysis of the common prosperity level of spiritual life

Abstract
Common prosperity in spiritual life is an essential part of building a great modern socialist country.Realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation requires both strong material strength and strong spiritual strength.By constructing an evaluation index system for the supply of common prosperity in spiritual life,this paper measures the interprovincial level of common prosperity in spiritual life in China from 2010 to 2021 by using the entropy method.It then analyzes regional disparities in such levels by employing the Dugam Gini coefficient and its decomposition method.Finally,absolute β-convergence is used to explore the changing trend of the supply level of common prosperity in spiritual life across China.The results show the following.First,the overall level of common prosperity in spiritual life in China is continuously improving,with a downward trend in the eastern region and an upward trend in the central and western regions.Secondly,there are significant regional disparities in the level of common prosperity in spiritual life in China,which show that in overall terms the eastern region outperforms the central region which outfperfoms the western region.Thirdly,in terms of the equilibrium of common prosperity in spiritual life in China,there is a correlative feature that the higher the overall level,the greater the internal inequality.Fourthly,the level of common prosperity in spiritual life in China as a whole and that in the eastern,central and western regions all show significant absolute β-convergence,indicating that the equilibrium of common prosperity in spiritual life will continue to improve.关键词
