摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the issue of excessive mass transfer losses in the fuel cell under high current density caused by uneven gas and temperature distribution,two spider-web bionic flow channel structures,annular labyrinth and annular direct current,are proposed.The finite element analysis method is adopted to compare the mass transfer characteristics of the serpentine flow channel with those of the two spider-web bionic flow channels in the cell.The annular labyrinth flow channel has advantages such as more uniform distribution of reaction gases,better water removal effect,smaller concentration polarization loss and higher current density.Compared with the annular direct current flow channel and the serpentine flow channel,the peak current density is increased by 9.76%and 41.42%respectively,the peak power density is increased by 9.75%and 39.67%respectively.
