PTFE含量对干法软炭电极性能的影响
Influence of PTFE content on the performance of soft carbon dry-process electrode

Abstract
Dry-process electrode technology is a solvent-free and environmentally friendly route for thick-electrode manufacturing.Dry-process electrode technology is applied to fabricate soft carbon anodes and the effect of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)binder content on the electrochemical performance of the electrodes is investigated.Through the PTFE fibrillation process,self-supported electrode films are prepared by blending soft carbon,conductive carbon and PTFE(mass fraction is 3%,5%,7%).The morphological features and electrochemical behaviors are analyzed.PTFE content significantly influences electrode structural stability and electrochemical performance:low PTFE content results in incomplete binder networks;high PTFE content leads to excessive PTFE covering on active material surfaces and hindering electron transport,both accelerating capacity decay.The 5%PTFE formulation(P5)achieves optimal balance between mechanical robustness and conductive network integrity,exhibiting stable adhesive networks and superior comprehensive performance.The capacity retention rate reaches to 71%after 100 cycles at 0.2 A/g current in 2.0-4.0 V.This work provides critical insights for optimizing binder ratios in dry-process electrode.关键词
