Multi-stage constant dQ/dU charging strategy for Li-ion battery
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at addressing the thermal accumulation effect and irreversible capacity degradation issues inherent in traditional constant current-constant voltage(CC-CV)charging for Li-ion batteries,a current-adaptive charging method is proposed.This approach dynamically adjusts charging current to simultaneously enhance energy efficiency and mitigate capacity decay rate.Orthogonal experiments for cycle aging(600 cycles at 25℃)are designed to analyze the effects of dQ/dU and initial charging current(I0)on energy efficiency,capacity degradation rate and incremental capacity curves.When selecting dQ/dU=26 Ah/V and I0=1.00 C,this method demonstrates a reduction by 2.23 percentage points in capacity decay rate and a 1.66 percentage points improvement in energy efficiency compared to the CC-CV method over 600 cycles.关键词
