Abstract
With the explosive growth of subway lines and railway mileage in my country,the surface wear of rails is increas-ing.Traditional solutions to rail wear have many disadvantages such as high cost and low efficiency.For this reason,a multi-graphic automatic surfacing equipment has been developed and designed to repair rails.The system provides a human-machine interface HMI,which is easy to operate.The CAN bus technology is used to control the welding equipment and servo motor by PLC at the same time.Based on the multi-graphic algorithm,the servo motor drives the welding gun on the three-coordinate slide to perform complex graphic movement,thereby realizing the swing automatic surfacing repair of the rail.The multi-graphic welding function solves the complex graphics welding of the rail,especially the surfacing require-ments of the triangular turnout,and meets the related requirements of the arc welding technical conditions of the rail.Mean-while,the equipment adopts a modular and lightweight design,and each module could be quickly assembled or dismantled on a simple flat trolley.The equipment can adapt to complex and harsh working conditions,is convenient for on and off the track,and at the same time realizes high-efficiency,high-quality and high-economic-benefit surfacing repair of the rail.关键词
