Abstract
An intelligent welding material distribution device based on a domestically produced SoC(CMC series)chip was developed to address the issues of cumbersome processes,record loss,and poor data traceability in the manual distribution of welding materials in nuclear engineering.The device integrates intelligent drying control,precise temperature insulation monitoring,face recognition authentication,and IoT data transmission modules.A priority-deadline dual-factor dynamic scheduling mechanism is employed for multi-task concurrent processing,a combined fuzzy PID and feedforward compensa-tion algorithm is adopted for three-axis positioning,and a lightweight MQTT-LW protocol is proposed for data transmission in narrow-bandwidth industrial scenarios.Embedded high-precision temperature and weight sensors collect key parameters including drying temperature,insulation status,and distribution quantity in real time,which are encrypted and uploaded to a cloud management platform to form a full-cycle welding material data chain from warehousing to usage.Test results show that the device achieves a three-axis positioning accuracy of±0.08 mm,a face recognition response time of≤0.3 s,a data transmission delay of≤300 ms,a counting accuracy of≥99.9%,a temperature control deviation of≤±1.5℃,and stable op-eration for 72 h under full load,with a 100%domestic content rate for core components.关键词
