Abstract
Due to the need for lightweight design and high production efficiency,the application of laser welding in automo-tive body structures is diverse and extensive.However,this complexity presents challenges in extracting welding quality fea-tures and controlling the process at high production rates.The factors influencing laser welding are numerous,and the analy-sis process is complicated,which can lead to incorrect process adjustments.When laser welding quality issues occur,they can easily result in mass production defects.This study establishes a multi-information fusion laser welding process analysis system based on industrial big data,which can extract welding quality feature information in real-time and identify welding processes that require attention or adjustment.Through a fully neural network deep learning model,the system automatically analyzes problems in the welding process and provides potential solutions.The application of this system provides a reliable and efficient digital tool for large-scale laser welding process control,and it can continuously learn to improve the accuracy of problem-solving,thereby offering guidance for the development of additional functionalities in the future.关键词
