航空宽温域自适应性电池组设计研究
Research on adaptive battery pack design for wide temperature range in aviation

Abstract
To address the core requirements of wide temperature range adaptability,high space utilization,and self-powering capability for emergency power supply of aircraft,this paper de-signs a wide temperature range self-powered battery module and completes its performance veri-fication.The module adopts high-safety 26650-type lithium iron phosphate battery cells,features a cylindrical modular structure to fit the equipment compartment,and integrates a polyimide heating film with an adaptive temperature control strategy.Test results show that the module can start directly at-40℃ and operate continuously for 3.1 hours in an extreme environment of-50℃,fully meeting the requirements of aviation emergency power supply.It effectively solves the key problems of traditional modules such as difficulty in low-temperature startup and poor space adaptability,providing key technical reference for the engineering application of batteries in extreme low temperature environments.关键词
