产业数智化视域下环境规制对旅游生态效率的影响
Impact of Environmental Regulation on Tourism Eco-Efficiency in the Context of Industrial Digital-Intelligent Transformation

Abstract
Using a panel of 30 provinces in China from 2014 to 2024 as the research subjects,this study explores the mechanism by which environmental regulation influences tourism eco-efficien-cy.By incorporating industrial digital-intelligent transformation as a key empowering variable into the research framework,it empirically examines the effects,transmission mechanisms,and empowerment mechanisms of environmental regulation on tourism eco-efficiency using econometric models.The findings reveal:(1)Command-and-control and market-based environmental regulations exhibit a U-shaped effect on tourism eco-efficiency,while public participation-oriented environmental regulation shows no significant impact.(2)Command-and-control environmental regulation significantly affects tourism eco-efficiency in the eastern,central,and northeastern regions,whereas market-based envi-ronmental regulation has a significant impact in the eastern,central,and western regions.(3)In terms of command-and-control and market-based environmental regulations,industrial digital-intelligent transformation positively empowers the relationship between environmental regulation and tourism eco-efficiency;furthermore,environmental regulation can enhance tourism eco-efficiency by promo-ting industrial structure optimization.Based on these findings,recommendations are proposed,inclu-ding maintaining moderate environmental regulation intensity,elevating the knowledge-technical con-tent and environmental protection standards of the tourism industry,promoting the deep integration of digital-intelligent technology and the tourism industry,and strengthening the synergistic effects be-tween industrial digital-intelligent transformation and green development.关键词
