中国台湾地区港口体系的空间结构及职能演化
Spatial Structure and Functional Evolution of the Port System in the Taiwan Region of China

Abstract
Optimizing the functional layout and functional structure of ports is a pivotal issue for the synergistic development of the Fujian-Taiwan port logistics system.Based on cargo throughput data by commodity type in the Taiwan region of China from 2009 to 2023,this study employs meth-ods such as the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index,cargo location quotient,and standard deviation ellipse to analyze the spatial structure and functional evolution of the port system in the Taiwan region of China.The results show that:(1)The overall cargo throughput of the port system exhibited a trend of increasing first and then decreasing;the"Kaohsiung-Taichung"dual-hub pattern has remained stable,and the development gap between ports has continuously narrowed.(2)The size-hierarchy structure of the port system has remained stable over the long term,with the numerical ratio of ports across different levels consistently maintained at 1∶1∶5.The spatial distribution of ports follows a northeast-southwest orientation,with the center of gravity exhibiting a northward shift.(3)In terms of cargo composition,the port system is dominated by mineral products,base metals,and articles thereof.The cargo structure has transitioned from resource-based to comprehen-sive,with the throughput gap between cargo types gradually narrowing,reflecting a trend toward balanced development.(4)The functional division within the port system is clearly defined,and there is a prominent trend towards diversified and comprehensive functional development.关键词
