Standards for the Management of Specialty Training in Dysphagia Rehabilitation

Abstract
Dysphagia is one of the important dysfunctions in the field of rehabilitation medicine,which seriously affects pa-tients'nutritional intake,communication ability,quality of life and mental health.With the accelerating aging of the Chinese popula-tion,the incidence of dysphagia continues to rise.However,current domestic challenges in this field include a shortage of special-ized professionals,uneven technical standards,and an inadequate training system,which restrict the improvement of the overall ser-vice capacity.To standardize the construction and management of training bases for dysphagia rehabilitation and systematically train-ing qualified professionals,the Dysphagia Rehabilitation Committee of the Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine has for-mulated the Standards for the Management of Specialty Training in Dysphagia Rehabilitation.This standard clarifies the standard-ized terms and definitions related to training bases,and specifies in detail the requirements for basic conditions,talent structure,over-all service capacity,scientific research and teaching level,as well as specialty radiation capacity of the bases.Moreover,a strict ac-cess,assessment and withdrawal mechanism for the bases has been established.The implementation of this standard aims to provide a basis for the scientific and standardized management of specialty training in dysphagia rehabilitation,promote the professional and refined development of the discipline,and ultimately comprehensively improve the quality of dysphagia rehabilitation services in China.关键词
