Preparation and application of polyimide porous fibers with palladium-α-diimine coordination structure

Abstract
Polyimide porous fibers,as a class of structural-functional integrated materials,com-bine the intrinsic thermal resistance of polyimide with the high specific surface area imparted by their porous structure,thereby exhibiting functionalities and application potentials that conven-tional dense fibers lack.This study aims to prepare a novel polyimide porous fiber by modulating the properties of the spinning solution through coordination crosslinking,and to investigate its structure and catalytic performance.First,a soluble polyimide containing a bidentate diimine lig-and structure was synthesized,which was subsequently coordinated with palladium ions to form a polyimide-palladium complex.Following this,electrospinning technique was employed to system-atically investigate the effects of solvent composition(ratio of N,N'-dimethylformamide to ace-tone)and ambient humidity on fiber morphology,leading to the optimization of the spinning process.The results indicate that the resulting polyimide porous fibers possess a high specific sur-face area,reaching up to 205.71 m2/g,with a rich porous structure observed on the fiber surface.In a sodium borohydride reduction system,these fibers demonstrated excellent catalytic decolori-zation performance against pollutants such as nitrophenol,methyl orange,and Congo red,achie-ving rapid reductive degradation.This research provides a new strategy for the design of high-per-formance porous fibers and their application in the field of environmental catalysis.关键词
